30 Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.  

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Due to their unique nature, we cannot accept returns for: 

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items

Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item arrived defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note: Leather color may vary slightly due to minor differences between batches and your screen's color settings. As with all true, full grain/top grain leather, range marks such as scars and even bug bites occur occasionally and are to be expected. Please keep in mind that I don't issue refunds for these natural markings. Our products are made from real leather and these markings make every product one of a kind!

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, please contact us at springbokcraftco@gmail.com with your order information and we will be happy to assist you.  

Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. Once the item is approved for return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us. Thank you.
